The service

Picture to Life provides a software tool sold as one-time orders. You need an account to use paid features. You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the right to use it.

Orders and purchases

Each successful generation uses one film from your order. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Prices are shown on the pricing page before payment.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful content, to infringe intellectual property, to attack the service, or to resell access without permission.

Availability

The service is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be announced where practical.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous three months. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
