What we collect

Picture to Life collects your email address when you sign in, a record of films generated, and payment status from our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

To operate your account, deliver your orders, process purchases, and answer support requests. We do not sell personal data.

Payment provider

Payments are processed by Waffo as merchant of record. Their privacy policy applies to payment data. We receive order status and order identifiers, not full card details.

Data retention

Account and usage records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and dispute resolution. You can request deletion at the support email below.
